S7-392 Touchpad does not work after upgrading to Windows 10

I'm at the latest BIOS 2.12

I've tried using the latest ELANTECH drivers and Synaptics drivers, and the latest chipset drivers

I've tried downgrading my chipset drivers as per a different thread

The best I can get is that the trackpad responds to movement, but the buttons do not work, and if I reboot my computer, I have to go into the additional mouse settings  to re-enable the trackpad to even get movement tracked.

Help, how do I get a useable trackpad without downgrading to Windows 8.1?

I found another thread that suggested rolling back the driver.

That "works" but it's much slower than the mouse, and the multi-finger actions such as scrolling no longer work.
