I have the same laptop and just experienced a strange problem also.  THere was an audio process that was using 50% of the CPU out of the blue and then the sound completely shut off.  The dolby logo appeared on the task bar and was able to open the program.

I checked the Acer support page and found there was a new Realtek audio driver for Windows 10.  I downloaded and installed and everything seems to be working OK now.  But the problem is there isn't a Dolby icon anymore on the taskbar and I can't find the Dobly program to open it and make adjustments.  (sound is working though.)

Anyone have tips on where to find this dolby program and why it isn't on the taskbar anymore?
