I have an ACER Aspire Timeline X 4830T-6642 (2011) and I recently updated my laptop to Windows 10

When updating, I ran into my first problem:I couldn't hear anything (no sound). So I tried to reset my computer, not knowing that it would remove all of the ACER software that came with my laptop. I can't find any of it to download now. The software includes:
- acer 3G connection manager
- acer backup manager
- acer crystal eye webcam
- acer epower management
- acer erecovery management
- acer games
- acer screensaver
- acer updater
- acer usb charge manager (important)
- acer vcm
Is there any way I can recover these? Or would I just need to reinstall my laptop to factory settings using the original CDs?

There is no way to really extract just those app;lications from the recovery DVDs. You'll have to either restore from a backup or do a factory restore from the DVDs, then upgrade to Windows 10 again.
