since you are able to enter BIOS, check if D2D recovery is enabled, if not, enable it.

this will let Alt+F10 keys press to start recovery process...if any recovery partition is still available.

you can also try to boot from an USB windows 10 installation media, you just need to create one, downloading the official Microsoft download tool:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

this will allow you to try an installation repair or do a windows 10 clean install

if you choose to do a clean install, yes, your files will be wiped.

you can try to repair your installation and hope it will fix the boot issue.

if you need to recover your files, you can try to boot from a live bootable Linux enviroment.

use the 64bit version and during the boot, choose to try it without installation.
