    download this tool, whocrashed:
    http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe

before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
then install whocrashed and run it
    click on Analyze
    report here the result.

Ok, the 2 crash dumps reported an issue with Intel graphic driver.

are you able to check the version installed?

    windows logo key + x

    Device manager

    click on Display adapters

double click on Intel graphic adapter

    click on Drivers tab

    please report date and version

I have tried updating this driver but it either tells me I have the most current version or I'm not allowed to download the version bc of incompatibility.

    Download this

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26404/Driver-di-Grafica-Intel-15-45-?product=88345

then you need to disable windows automatic drivers download

    http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/48277-driver-updates-windows-update-enable-disable-windows-10-a.html

    then go to Device manager

right click the intel graphic driver and choose to uninstall, tick to uninstall software too

once done, reboot and then install the downloaded drivers
