After Window 10 Upgrade ePowerEvent.exe commit charge grows constantly

Looking at Task Manager, Details

the ePowerEvent.exe commit charge gradually grows to hundreds of megabytes (400+ MB at my last reboot) and appears to keep growing "forever."

Does anyone else see that?

Version is: 7.0.8109.1

Date Modified: 02/15/2016

If it's happening to all of us perhaps we can ask to have this memory leak resolved.

This is still happening. Here is my current ePowerEvent.exe commit charge: 410,764k

What does ePowerEvent.exe do? If I disable or delete it, what functionality will I lose?

What is the proper way to restart ePowerEvent.exe

Is no one else on Windows 10 seeing this process commit charge grow forever?

    Thanks
