Hello, I am trying to reset my Acer Switch 10 SW05-011 windows 10, but during the process I am stuck on this warning message:

A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM(Trusted Platform Module)

Warning:Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created leys and access to data encripted by these keys.

Unfortunately, neither keyboard or mouse are working. I have tried to attach keyboard or mouse via mini usb port but no luck. I can enter in BIOS by holding VOL UP + POWER key, but I dont know if I can resolve the problem from there. Could someone give me an idea what can I do now ?

yes, i forgot to tell you, you need AC charger connected to use devices that need more voltage/ampere to work.

by the way, are you successfully reset your windows 10 now?

if so, first thing to do:

    http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers/5687;-;SW5-011

click on BIOS tab and download/install the latest version

click on Drivers tab and download/install Intel Platform drivers

click on Applications tab and download/install Quick Access

then select windows 8.1 as operating system

click on Patch, download/install patch D12 for you keyboard dock

Hello, IronFly. I followed your link and made bootable USB with Media Creation Tool. I entered in BIOS and from there I can see my USB drive, which was good. I changed boot priority order, so I can boot from the USB and save on exit. But after restart I am stuck again on this warning message.

Followed your link, installed all drivers and seems like everything is back to normal except the keyboard and mouse are not working. I can access the 500Gb HDD but that is all.

the USB ports on keyboard dock work?

by the way, at this point, if you are still under warranty, give Acer support service a call.
