Acer Aspire One D257

I am installing Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire One D257. It downloaded just fine but when it get to the part that says "Getting Updates, checking for updates" it hangs, no errors and the little circle is just spinning and spinning, this happened all night long....... I have googled the issue and have followed what I found on the searches, but it still hangs at the same spot every time.
I am hardwired,,,,and internet consistantly is 65Mbps.....Ping is 12.......

Any help would be greatly appreciated
