100% Disk Utilization before and after windows 10 update

I'm trying to check if anyone has the same issue.

I've just bought an e5/15-571G-750T and so far, it works well but what bothers me is the sluggish performance when multi-tasking and certain apps and games which causes the disk utilization 100%.

I've partitioned the disk using disk management of windows and increase the virtual memory to match the size of the laptop's ram (8 gb) but still getting 100% disk utilization. even tried chkdsk /f /r which took an entire evening, same boat.

I am left with performing a clean install but that beats the purpose of having a recovery partition. Any suggestion or idea as restoring would take me 2 days to recover?
