UK Newbie with imported V5-561PG-9683

Hi all,

Newbie to the forum but have just purchased a US spec V5-561PG and had it delivered Saturday. Really pleased with it so far and looking forward to seeing what i can throw at it.

Headline spec as follows:-

4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4500U Processor 1.8GHz
Windows 8.1
15.6" HD widescreen Cine Crystal™ LED-backlit display Multi-touch screen, supporting 10-finger touch
12GB Low-Power DDR3L Dual Channel Memory
1TB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
AMD Radeon™ R7 M265 Graphics with 2 GB of dedicated DDR3

The i7 may not be top line but it matched the equivalent i5 that i was looking at and the RAM spec isn't available in the UK AFAIK. Looking to use it mainly for photo editing so it should be more than up to task Smiley Happy
