Hello. I have this PC, it came with windows 8, specs seems perfectly ok for Windows 10 upgrade. It mounts an i3 3220 w/ 4GB ram.

Yet the product is not listed in the eligible model list.

The W10 advisor shows this info:

I don't know what is going on here. Any clue??

I think "eligible" in this case means "eligible for Acer driver support".  My unoffical opinion (I don't work for Acer) Smiley Wink

In other words, if you upgrade an Acer computer that's not on the list, then you're on your own to find drivers.  In most cases, Microsoft will automatically give you the drivers you need during the upgrade.

Windows 10 provides a 30 day rollback feature, but be sure to backup your files and make recovery discs or recovery USB drive prior to upgrading....just in case.  Smiley Happy

Edit:  So you can click "ok, notify me when ready" and it will let you know when it is ready (Microsoft has all your drivers).

Edit2: As to why a fairly recent computer isn't on the list...I don't have a guess.
