I recently downgraded from Win8 to Win7, the installation of Win7 went well except for the daunting task of installing all the proper drivers. I have narrowed it down to a problem with the video adapter, the Windows Device Manager lists the Display adapter as 'Standard VGA Graphics Adapter'. Everytime i install the Intel HD Graphics driver and reboot the system crashes and i have to restore to the last safe point. I would like to run a graphics editing software as well as install a second monitor which both were possible on the previous Win8 OS. There is no option to connect a second monitor and every time I start the graphics software the error 'Update your video driver' come up.

Has anyone encountered any video adapter issues after installing Win7 ?
