This AIO worked very good until this month when I installed the lastest MS updates. Now it takes 4-5 minutes to boot. Shut down is very slow too-several minutes. Nothing else was changed.  No new programs no restore or anything.

Problem solved. I just noticed that a strange name LAN driver - Inventec PCIe - has replaced the original Realtek LAN driver. An automatic update "gift" from MS I presume. I disabled it and turned on the 5G WiFi driver and bootup and shut downs are fast again. Also, this Inventec driver was trying to connect to the 5G WiFi because that was the network connection was showing as LAN connection. My WiFi connection is 5G and my LAN is just Netgear. So this likely confused the computer too. Could be a network adapter hardware problem too, but since my 5G WiFi signal is strong and connecting at 300mps, I will just leave everthing alone.
