Acer Veriton x275. Where to find info on Compatible Ram?

I bought DDR3 ram for my  Acer Veriton x275 and I get a long beep after I install it. Its DDR3 ram to match the ram thats in it.

It's using PC3-10666 running at 1333Mhz so I bought PC3-12800 (1600Mhz) assuming it would downstep.

I even updated the BIOS but no luck.

How do I find information on the max ram module size and compatible RAM?

I have searched through included documentation.

I have entereed the serial in the Acer website and searched all content there.

I can't find information on this.

If you use the crucial system scanner.....it might help.
