    Hi,

In my case hp wireless mouse was causing the wi-fi issue.

Same problem as everyone else. I've already made a couple of posts on this topic yet there has been no replies whatsoever! Is there really no way to fix this problem??

We have a patch that addresses some wireless issues that customers are experiencing.

Why is my wireless signal strength low after changing power settings?

Should you still have issues I'd suggest contacting technical support and seeing about having the system brought in for service to get looked at.

I was unable to connect to my wireless network because of a hidden network problem, I opened Device Manager, under Network Adapters, I double-clicked on "Qualcomm Atheros ... Wireless Network Adapter". I Clicked on the Advanced tab then "Wireless Mode Selection". I chose 802.11 g/n because I have a WiFi G Access Point. To date I haven't had any connection problem.
