Hi,
You can not upgrade the CPU as it's soldered to motherboard, there's an outside chance of screen upgrade but you need to be patient as I am digging a bit for more information, can you post the make and model of your current screen, find out with HWiNFO64( you can download it).
I can not be certain as your model has come with only HD screens but if you have eDP cable, it may work, I have done it in a Lenovo laptop and it works, how comfortable are you with experimenting?

Yes, it's a good idea to upgrade to SSD and RAM. There FHD screens available for your model, it's up to you to decide what you want to do.
