"No Bootable Disk" Error after installing SSD

I have an Acer Aspire VN7-792-G. I recently installed a

Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 InternalSSD (MZ-V6E250BW)

When I turned on the laptop, I was able to reinstall Windows 10 on the SSD and use the HDD as extra storage. My problem is that when I turn on my laptop for the first time, it says "NO BOOTABLE DISK" and nothing works. I then turn it off and turn it back on, and it works fine.

I have tried reseting the BIOS settings so the SSD is first on the boot list, but the settings won't save. Everytime I go back into settings, Windows Boot Manager is back at the top.

I tried replacing the CMOS Battery as well.

Has anyone seen this and can they help? Everything with the SSD works fine but my computer doesn't want to recognize it when I first try turning it on.

Hi,

You could also try removing the original HDD from the laptop and see whether it helps.

Wipe the boot sector of hdd and set it as a secondary storage.

If not of the above works, in the bios, try putting legacy mode. You will have to disable secure boot.
