VN7-791G Win 10 BSOD

I converted to Win 10 last Feb and have all the latest BIOS and drivers and patches from the Acer support website.  I just checked for updates last week.

I get the Blue Screen Of Death if I keep Win 10 running over about 3 days.  I regularly hibernate overnight.

Win 10 has a ton of stuff running in the task manager, but I primarily run just 2 apps that I interact with.  Google Chrome and NinjaTrader 7.

It always seems to get the BSOD when I'm running NT7.  It creates a crash dump on BSOD, but I have no idea how to read it.

How can I figure out if it's a driver, Win 10, some hardware, or my applications that are causing the problem - and fix it so it doesn't happen.

When I had Win 8 this did not happen, I could hibernate and run Win 8 for months without a problem.

Many thanks!
