VN7-571G problems - unable to chat with support

Hi people

 

I'm trying to chat with Acer's support and the message I get is the following:"Our records indicate the serial number you have entered is no longer eligible for warranty support". I'm pretty sure it has warranty as I have it for considerably shorter period than a year.

 

Please advise
