V7-792g - no microphone detected, weird fan noise
I have recently purchased V7-792G Nitro Black Edition. I have installed Win 10, since on Win 7 it is impossible to install the Realtek drivers for ALC255. The built in microphone is not available as a recording device, but if I plug an external mic it is properly functioning. It's weird that the two USB 3 on the right side are operating at USB 2 speed (max at 20 MB/s), but I could live with that. When the machine is under load, the fan located at the top right corner is noisy and entering in resonance with any surface on which I place the laptop. However if I pick it up on my hands the noise is a bit more bearable. Could you please advice ? If these problems persists I will need to return it to the seller in BG and get my money back.

I'm not sure if your computer is designed to run Windows 7. Probably not.
I would suggest that you reset your computer to factory condition. I''ll assume that by installing Windows 7, recovery is no longer available to you and you had to install vanilla Windows 10. If you can no longer reset your computer to factory condition and forgot to create a USB recovery drive, you can order your recovery media from Acer.
The link below will show you how to restore your PC to factory defaults.

If that doesn't fix your problems, give Acer a call.

You should also go back in to your BIOS/UEFI settings and load the defaults (F9) and then save/exit (F10).
