My Aspire V3-572G scrren is black and unresponsive

in 2016 Archives

Keyboard lights and battery lights are on and computer does warm up. I dont get the ACER logo like I see somepeople get.  I've tried the reset button and pressing different function keys etc.  Nothing has worked. Please help.  I have to finish online work for a new jobn and this is a huge headache. Thank you.

    have you tried to connect an external monitor/TV and check if you can get any image?

    Yup tried with both HDMI and VGA

    i think that only a BIOS recovery can probably resolve your issue, if you are still under warranty, give Acer support service a call.

    Ugh I honestly dont know if its still under warrenty I got it last august off amazon.  Thanks though.

    if it was 08/2015, until 08/2016 you are still under warranty (if your device was brand new).

    You can contact Amazon or Acer suppor service.
