My Accer V5-571 Laptop running on Windows 10 is extremely slow at start up and becomes very hot, freezing frequently.

I recommend reloading Windows to see if it helps the slowness and freezing. If it does not, I suggest you contact technical support for repair options. I am including instructions below for reloading Windows without losing any data.

Thank so much, this solution has worked for me, but found out that one of my USB port does nit work now.
My system now works faster.
