Hello everyone,

I have an Acer Aspire V3-772G with a NVIDIA Geforce GT 750m running Windows 10, however the 750m doesn't work. In device manager, it gives error code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems), I tried de-installing all drivers, installing the newest drivers, installed the ones on the driver page, disabling/enabling it, letting windows install the drivers, however nothing seems to work. The status on the device is a followed:

01802400
DN_HAS_PROBLEM
DN_DISABLEABLE
DN_NT_ENUMERATOR
DN_NT_DRIVER

The BIOS is the last version, 1.15. I'm pretty much out of ideas, if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

    Have you tried......

    1. Shutdown your computer

    2.  Remove the power cord

    3.  Remove the battery

    4. Wait 1 minute

    5.  Insert battery

    6. Plug in cord

    7. Turn on computer.

I'm not familiar with your computer but I assume it's easy to remove battery??  Anyway, that's what worked for me in the past when I've had similar problem on a different computer.

I'm out of ideas. Sorry. Maybe someone else on the forum will know what to do.
