Does voltage have to match for laptop? CanNOT find 19V battery for Aspire V5-571P...help

need some help finding a replacement battery for Aspire V5-571P..any help would be appreciated...was told voltage has to matter or will not power...only find 14.8 volt and not 19V

Hi,
The battery voltage is not the same with the charger voltage. Your charger has a 19V not your battery, but I don't find in any "official document" (aka service manual, user manual) the exact voltage of the battery which you have. However, if I search for the battery code in google it reveals that the original Sanyo battery which you can order has 14.8 V, so probably the battery has this voltage.
