Hello!

I've bought my brand new Aspire VN7-591G few weeks ago and i have problems with thermal throttling (overheating of my CPU).

I am 100% sure that problem lies in the temperature of my CPU. Symptoms of this are 2-3 second freezes in game when temperature rises up to 90 °C. I was looking few days for solution and ive seen topics about clearing insides, adding new thermal paste etc. I did all of it except adding new thermal paste because i cant unscrew one screw near the CPU Smiley Sad. When i was doing it i found something strange.

Under my keyboard there is metal which is covered in foil.  I can guess that its there to prevent any damage dealt by this metal to main board when you put everything back in. So i guess it have its prupose but is it really needed there? Problem is that its slightly going aboard to the vent area. It is kinda blocking air circulation there isnt it? Should i cut this part (blue border on image 2)? it might be issue i guess... Is it safe to remove it?
