Aspire VN7-591G Sleep Mode Problem

Hi,

I have recently bought Acer Aspire VN7-591G 73Y5 laptop from amazon on May 12th 2015.

Everything seems to working fine but untill recently i am having shutdowns in sleep mood.

Sometime whenever i close the lid laptop shutsdown intead going into sleep mood, and this happend randomly.

Sometime it works fine sometime it won't.

Any idea what is causing this problem??

and one more thing in sleep mood when i open lid it won't on itself. i have to press any key or mouse button then it goes to screen lock. and this is another problem.

Please Answer me.

It sounds like it is going into hibernation. Here is an article we created on how to disable that feature, if needed.

I did what the article said..

shutdown problem is solved but laptop still won't comeback automatically from sleep after opening lid. Still pressing any key to wake the pc from sleep instead opening lid.

any solution for that???
