Aspire V3-572G cooling problems

So I've been using this laptop for half a year (max) and a week ago some overheating problems appeared. I don't what's the problem, but as soon as I launch some heavy apps like an IDE or some games, that it handled easy at the past, it starts overheating. Never had it shut down because of that, but it's realy annoying. I've notice that the cooling fan always works at low-medium speed. Even if it gets very hot the fan doesn't care and doesn't increase it's speed. Even now when I have only my browser open it's still pretty warm. Already tried to use programs to manually change the fan speed, but none of them see the fan. And bios doesn't have an option for it.
