Aspire V3- 372T maximum RAM speed

Does the V3-372T with i5-6267U support higher DDR4 speeds than 2133MHz? I know that Intel specifies these things on ARK, but on desktop it's usually higher than the Intel specification. Thanks

    Hello,

     

    As far as I know, the Aspire V3-372T series only supports DDR3L - 1600MHz.

    Thanks for the answer.

     

    I didn't realize that the RAM slots wouldn't support DDR4 at all. I guess I'll just have to try faster DDR3L myself and hope for the best.

    You're welcome. FYI, you can't install a DDR4 memory module in a DDR3(L) slot due to the key notch.
