    • Acer nitro VN7 black screen of death

    When i boot up my laptop all the LED's come on but the acer logo does not appear, i suspect its a curropted bios. When i tried to flash my bios i went and downloaded the drivers off the my products page but the file i get from it is a .exe

      The bios upgrade on the Acer page is an .exe file. You install it in Windows.

      how would i install it if my computer does not start and boot to windows
