Acer V3 575T major problems! Only single display and constant freezing on a New Laptop!

My acer is Acer V3 575T and its barnd new and is not good for anything except browsing the web. 

I can not get multiple displays, to work no matter what the layptop does not detect my tv.

My system no matter how much clean installs I do wont stop freezing once two or more applications are open at the same time. I opened a browser and acer care center and the acer care center froze on me when i clicked support to copy my serial to register my project thats how bad!

I also live in Trinidad and Tobago and bought this laptop in last year's cyber monday so shiping it back would be too expesnive. Needless to day I am disappointed and would really like some help.

Additionally, yes I did hard drive and memory tests and sfc and latest of all drivers. Yet freezes ad nauseam!
