Acer Aspire v 15 Nitro Touchpad not working

Just bought the laptop few weeks ago,been doing stuff on it and suddenly the touchpad stop working. Checked the Device Manager,got two HID-Compliant mouse so i reinstall touchpad driver in the Acer website.Then it says driver updated so i restarted the laptop.But still there is no Synaptics touchpad driver at the Mice section,just two HID-Compliant mouse. Need assistance please to solve this problem.

    You may press and hold Fn key and tap the F7 key to enable touchpad.

    Acer Windows 8.1 notebooks now include precision touchpads that are designed for optimal use with Windows 8.1. Precision touchpads use gestures and settings that may be different from previous products.
     
    In device manager it would be displayed as HID-Compliant mouse even after installing Synaptics or Elan touchpad driver.
