Acer Aspire V5-573PG Factory Recovery Problem

My Acer Aspire V5-573PG OS is Windows 10. I performed a Factory Recovery (Reset This PC) 2 days ago. However, until now the recovery process has not completed. The screen has been black during the recovery process (photo included). I shut it down and restart it for a couple of time but it is still the same. Does anybody know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.

    shut it down and at boot press Alt+F10 keys, check if it's able to restart the factory reset process.
