Acer Aspire V3-771G Windows 10 - Scroll Not Working

Hey, all. As many of you have done or plan to do, I recently installed the new Windows 10 OS onto a new hard drive I had just recently bought. It installed perfectly and is running smoothly, however, the scroll feature on my touchpad seems to be not working.

I tried installing different drivers to see if this had worked (Used a generic PS/2 driver, an Elan driver and also tried a Syntacts driver(Pardon my spelling if I am off a bit)).

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
