Acer Aspire V3 571G very slow after fresh Win7 install, dust cleaning, paste replacement.

I've been using a Acer Aspire V3 571G for almost two years. Since April I've been having huge performance drops from my laptop. The laptop has a fresh Win7 instalation, all drivers were formated prior to instaling it, the inside of the laptop is dust free and the thermal paste was changed a week ago.
The HDD makes no repeating noise, CPU temperatures are a bit high reaching 40 degrees C on idle and 80 when gaming, editing, etc and the GPU reaches 40 when idle nad 75 when under stress.
My laptopt takes a lot to do even basics tasks as starting a PPOE connection, showing the sound slider(40s after clicking it), at somepoint it slowed my internet to a crawl(1.4MB/s out of 100MB/s) but it got solved by installing the 2012 driver. Using a browser, gaming, watching streamed videos is a nightmare.
Even 2009-2013 games seem to challenge it even if my laptop should play it like Solitaire..
I really don't know what to do to restore my laptop back to it's glory days and any advice is welcomed.

This was a temp test done after the paste replacement, now all termperature are lowered by 5-10 degrees C. Software used for reading temps are in ( ).
