I cant log in to acer cloud program..im getting this error : unexpected error:9055
How can i fix it?

I encountered it before, suggest you check updates for AcerCloud (or install the latest version). Plus, May be this problems have to do with network connection.

I also met this error before, and the customer service told me it is caused by the network environment. I changed my internet as they suggested, and it really works!

Dear friend, acer told me that 9055 is caused by network problem, that is to say, the signal of the network is not great and it is also unstable.

I have a perfectly stable dsl line...
So the problem is not caused by my connection 100%.

Hi, if you mean you get error code 9055, you could try to update Windows AcerCloud to the latest version (v2.04.3004).
