i used driverboost it said drivers out of date.

i run hp update and it said drivers all up to date so i dont what to do, take no notice of driver boost or as acer got a programe i can run to check the drivers are up to date.

If the system is functioning and there are no issues with the system and how you use it, then updating the drivers may not be necessary. However, if you wish to keep your drivers up to date, we recommend using only the Acer certified drivers found on our support site.

On our newer systems we do provide a similar tool call Acer Live Updater. When you run this tool it will show any available driver updates.

As for you running hp update ( this is not an HP computer) I don't know what to suggest. I can only suggest as stated above. I personally only update my drivers if I come across a particular issue that states I need to update a particular driver. There are others that may suggest to always keep your drivers updated but then it becomes more of a user preference.

just run acer live updater no updates found will not take any notice of driverboost. the hp update was for my printer and thats ok. many thanks acer ryan
