I've been using the same log-in profile for two years, and all of a sudden, Microsoft Windows doesn't recognize my profile? I can't even get to my desktop! The only functions at my disposal are shutdown, restart, and hibernate!

The model I've been using is an Acer Aspire One Model Number NAV50

I've already contacted Microsoft, but the advice they gave told me to log in and back up the data on my computer, etc etc. But they failed to understand that I can't get past the main log in to even get to my desktop!
