Touch pad works fine but external mouse does not works I tried switching ports and mices but no use. Refresh the usb ports by unistalling them and rebooting and tried to use the USB external mouse no use same issue. tried to turn off and taking battery and power off still having same issue.

check this video mouse get disconnected automatically after few seconds.

I bought this two days agao Acer Aspire V5-561P-6823

any solution to this.
