Hi Everyone,

I'm new to online communities in general so likely won't be following this regularly.  However, I thought I'd share something I discovered because I hadn't seen any description of this particular problem before. I recently purchased an Acer Aspire S7 and I'm very happy with it. A few times, it would randomly shutdown down - just like that - in the middle of something. It turns out it was my bracelet with the magnetic clasp that caused this. In fact, I tried it with another magnetic bracelet and the same thing happened. This automtic shutdown has never happened when I'm not wearing those particular bracelets. Very odd but the magnet (even though not strong) must affect the solid state drive. Just thought the community should know. Of course now I ensure that I do not expose the laptop directly to magnets.
