S7-391-6822 goes straight to user locked password screen

My sister gave me her old S7-391-6822 Aspire......

 

She does not remember her windows 8 password. So far this is what i have tried to get past this locked password screen:

 

Goes straight to the password screen everytime....i have even tried putting in 'zeros'.......

 

A windows 8 boot USB, password erase USB, & i even tried a killdisk USB thinking maybe i could just erase the entire mSATA drive. Nothing is working, i have tried pressing all of the function keys, i have tried removing the battery & than replacing it. All of the screws on the back are tight.....i give up, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated at this point. Thank you!

 

P.S.) i should mention that ONCE i was able to get to the BIOS screen, when i tried to move the boot order (F5/F6) they would not move at all

 

P.P.S.) what is RAID? should this be on or off?

I suggest you to refer to a third-party tool to reset the password. As I know, Windows password key will help you to reset Windows 8 password with ease.
