On windows 8.1 I see that the touchscreen will sleep when you don't use it for 5 seconds. When you want to use it, you will have touch on it once time to wake it up. This thing is very bad. Any one has the problem like me? Is there a way to solve this problem?

And one thing again, I think that the lastest drivers from acer for S7 series are not good, Bluetooth does not work, touchpad also does not recognise guestures and audio driver installed will remove Dolby theatre system so that the sound is bad. Hope that acer support team will solve every problems.

I have this problem too and Acer seems to be ignoring it. I wandered into tech support, $149.00 to fix, GUARANTEED(?), then $14.99 mo. and $150 for malware protection? Still not working, I am going to initiate a chargeback on American Express for all charges, not working after all that. help?

SAME PROBLEM - ACER STEP UP AND FIX THS USB PROBLEMS - THE SCREEN IS DRIVEN FROM A USB DEVICE!!!!!
