Hello,

The new BIOS version 2.18 that you have updated to your download section isnt working.. It is not just me , there are many other people experiencing this problem too. The problem is ; when i start program it restarts computer and freezing at ACER screen… After loong waiting its only option for me to restarting computer with power button. When i do this i check BIOS version its still old one ….

A major institutional coorporation like you updating wrong file to servers??
