Hi.. Im Marven from cebu phillipines.. I have acer v5 471p touch screen.. My problem is i cant restore my O.S back..I have a USB back-up, ive restore it after it reach to 85%, it suddenlly restarted and back to beggining and ive done this twice..Its so frustrating..I cant also use the system image recovery because its been corrupted..Please help Me..I cant use my laptop anymore.. Hi Makoy,

If you have lost Recovery partition and has a issue with USB flash drive then no point to try with those options. But don't worry there is a another option. You need to find Windows 8 OEM DVD and install the OS manually. Then download the drivers from acer website and install them. After that you can use your laptop without any problem.
