I recieved my brand new aspire v3-571g today.

I really dont like windows 8 so I did a fresh install of windows 7.

SPECS:   http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834215615&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-

After starting up the laptop once windows 7 was installed, the laptop began randomly shutting down.  No blue screen of death or anything, it just turned off.  I installed all the available windows updates and updated all of my drivers, yet the problem still persists.

I read online that I should try using "sfc /scannow" in the command prompt.

the result it gave me was that there were some corrupt files found, but not all of them were fixed.

I have the log file from the SFC, but i think its too long to post here.

I wish I had some kind of error code to go on, but the BSOD doesnt even appear.

any assistance would be appreciated.

To enable blue screening, Right Click My Computer > Click Properties

    Click Advanced System Settings

Under Startup and Recovery click Settings

Under System Failure uncheck Automatically Restart

    Click OK

Turn on hidden files and folders

Look in C:\windows for MEMORY.DMP and attach it here, i'll try and run windbg on it.
