I was wondering if there was a way to modify the settings for the keyboard? Without a power source it stays on for about 15 secs... which is cool. When I plug it in its either on or off,no timer, no sensor fueled response. I saw somewhere in settings mentioning the computer has an ambient sensor was wondering if that were true. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

There is no ambient sensor in the M5. It is either on or off.

hi everyone!!!!  my m5-581t backlit keyboard is very unresponsive. in order to get any letter to show up on screen, i have to hold each key down for a  full  1-2 seconds   .    i tried sys. restore, uninstalled drivers etc.nothiing works.........even hooked up a wireless keyboard and the same problem exists.........please help me !
