Yep so how do I restore my computer using the eRecovery Management program outside of Windows 8?

I don't have any Windows 8 Recovery Media nor Acer Factory Default Backup in Windows 8 nor USB recovery drive

ohhh!! I have found what to do I just missed the part where says that I have to ask for a recovery media

If Windows 8 fails to boot 3 times, it should enter recovery mode. You can sometimes force it into recovery mode by powering the system on, then powering it off before it completely boots. If you do this 3 times, it should trigger recovery mode.

If your computer will boot to windows, just do a search for recovery and launch the eRecovery application.

If you need recovery media, you should contact Acer technical support in your region.
