Hello all,

I've recently decided to buy another 4GB RAM for my Acer V5-473P-6459 Laptop.
After research, I bought the Kingston 4GB PC3 RAm 12800 Cl11 1.5 V.
However, after install the Ram into the empty slot, the computer just doesn't boot. The screen remains black. 
THe LED indicator turns on for a bit and then off.  However, if I were too take out the ram, the computer functions normally again.
I've tried updating bios but nothing seems to work. Could it be a bad RAM ? (Quite sure that the RAM is compatible)
