I'm having difficulty getting this system to add a new Bluetooth device (Harmon Kardon wireless speaker). It won't connect with Bluetooth on my laptop, althoug other devices (iPad) pick it up fine. The bluetooth drivers for Windows 8.1 seem to be installed ok. Although when trying to check off 'allow Bluetooth device to find my computer' the box freezes and I get a Windows Shell DII error message. Any advice will be greatly appreicated. Thank you

I would like you to try all the steps in this article, if you haven't already; https://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32027. If you have, then try another device, such as a mouse or keyboard, and see if you experience the same problem.

If the problem persists, try updating the drivers via the Drivers and Manuals page for your region. (www.acer.com/worldwide)
