Hi,

My S7 391 isn't charging anymore. It had the issue where it would randomly shut off under battery power and I have checked the tighten the screw and it now doesn't charge at all.

You may reset your computer using the battery reset pin hole at the bottom of your computer.

Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds to reset the computer (simulates removing and reinstalling the battery)

Have tried this and it hasn't worked. The centre screw doesn't seem to tighten and is still loose on mine meaning I have to have it constantly on charge.
