Acer s7 392 wont start up! HDMI BOOT UP AND LCD ISSUES NEED EXPERT START UP ASSISTANCE!

Hello everyone after countless issues with contacting acer and getting 0 answers here are my issues

- I purchased this acer brand new and after a couple weeks started to see lines on the screen transparent they were. researched a little and thought they might be due to the cables that connect not being connected right.

- seeing this was brand new i didnt see how this could happen and didnt want to ship it out for it to take weeks to get resolved for an issue that i can do myself since im pretty tech savvy.

- little did i know this was such a hard laptop to fix inside, and almost impossible to repair an lcd with the gorilla glass and ended up breaking the lcd all together (GO FIGURE!)

after removing the lcd and trying to connect laptop via hdmi or digital display port it will not show up. im wondering if its an msata issue and need to reinstall windows but i dont have an adapter at the moment for msata. computer turns on. but nothing shows on external display! and i need to find out if it is still fixable before going off and buying a display for no reason.

seeing if there are any other boot options or possible fixes to temporarily get back to windows on to laptop before getting a display.

Some of the smaller systems are really hard to work on, which maybe why you didn't get the answers you wanted from Acer. Unfortunately, I don't have any good ideas on how to test the display in this condition. Maybe my answer will bump your thread to the top so someone else can chime in.
